Chris has been in the finance and mortgage industry since 2006. Chris specializes in helping homebuyers find the best program for their individual situation. His extensive mortgage knowledge includes VA loans, VA Interest Rate Reduction loans, FHA loans, USDA, along with Conventional Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loan products.

Having spent several years in mortgage default servicing as an REO asset manager, he had to become an expert on renovation loan products as well.

Chris enjoys being able to offer homebuyers the opportunity to buy a house that otherwise wouldn’t qualify for financing and transform it into the home of their dreams. I was skeptical when I received a letter in the mail about VA refinance for equity. But I called anyway. Rob Humann was my consultant. I did have my guard up for a while but he just made my girlfriend and I feel at ease. Little by little my walls came down and I actually learned from Rob while I was refinancing. He is always responsive to texts, calls or emails during the complete process. He is very personable and really knows his stuff. I called to inquire about a refinance and David Collier was the one who returned my call on my refinance. He explained everything to be with each step I had to complete. He called me daily to check to see if needed anything or if I had any questions. My closing was last week (May 14,2024), just over a month!! Wow!! A fast and easy closing.
