We applied with united Trust for a cash out refi. We worked with Ryan Wolverton who was excellent! He is a consummate professional, very knowledgeable and worked with us to find the best option for our situation. I was skeptical when I received a letter in the mail about VA refinance for equity. But I called anyway. Rob Humann was my consultant. I did have my guard up for a while but he just made my girlfriend and I feel at ease. Little by little my walls came down and I actually learned from Rob while I was refinancing. He is always responsive to texts, calls or emails during the complete process. He is very personable and really knows his stuff. Within a few weeks I had the money in the bank and we are able to do some home repairs and bill paying. Thanks so much Rob. We will definitely be talking again when it comes time for the Streamline. I called to inquire about a refinance and David Collier was the one who returned my call on my refinance. He explained everything to be with each step I had to complete. He called me daily to check to see if needed anything or if I had any questions. My closing was last week (May 14,2024), just over a month!! Wow!! A fast and easy closing. The notary came to my house at 6:00pm, when it was convenient for my wife and myself. I explained my situation and how Bank of America made me wait 25 days and disapproved my refinancing.
