About Me

I came to America as a child from England and grew up in Southern California. As the daughter of a military family that transitioned into successful professionals, I understand the value of hard work and dedication. I earned my degree in business management, and I have been working for over 25 years to help homeowners improve the quality of their lives in their homes and communities. As a Loan Officer for United Trust Bank, I am bringing my expertise in finance and management to help homeowners across the country reach their financial goals. My ability to help put my clients at ease, as well as my ability to think outside the box has helped me to earn a great reputation among my clients. I have now settled down and am enjoying life as a resident in North Illinois. When I am not busy helping my clients, I enjoy cooking, scenic walks, and spending time with my children and grandchildren.

I was skeptical when I received a letter in the mail about VA refinance for equity. But I called anyway. Rob Humann was my consultant. I did have my guard up for a while but he just made my girlfriend and I feel at ease. Little by little my walls came down and I actually learned from Rob while I was refinancing. He is always responsive to texts, calls or emails during the complete process. He is very personable and really knows his stuff. Within a few weeks I had the money in the bank and we are able to do some home repairs and bill paying. Thanks so much Rob. We will definitely be talking again when it comes time for the Streamline. If there is one professional who is most deserving of a trophy it is Mr. Daniel Iannarelli! When I became interested in a re-fi, Daniel stepped up right away. I called to inquire about a refinance and David Collier was the one who returned my call on my refinance. He explained everything to be with each step I had to complete. He called me daily to check to see if needed anything or if I had any questions. My closing was last week (May 14,2024), just over a month!! Wow!! A fast and easy closing. The notary came to my house at 6:00pm, when it was convenient for my wife and myself.
