I was skeptical when I received a letter in the mail about VA refinance for equity. But I called anyway. Rob Humann was my consultant. I did have my guard up for a while but he just made my girlfriend and I feel at ease. Little by little my walls came down and I actually learned from Rob while I was refinancing. He is always responsive to texts, calls or emails during the complete process. He is very personable and really knows his stuff. If there is one professional who is most deserving of a trophy it is Mr. Daniel Iannarelli! When I became interested in a re-fi, Daniel stepped up right away. I called to inquire about a refinance and David Collier was the one who returned my call on my refinance. He explained everything to be with each step I had to complete. He called me daily to check to see if needed anything or if I had any questions. My closing was last week (May 14,2024), just over a month!! Wow!! A fast and easy closing. The notary came to my house at 6:00pm, when it was convenient for my wife and myself.
